The Toronto Commercial Arbitration Society Notice of Annual General Meeting Monday, December 15, 2025 Virtual (online) Meeting 5:00 pm   As quorum was not achieved at the in-person meeting held on October 16, 2025, the Annual General Meeting of the members of The Toronto Commercial Arbitration Society will be held virtually, via Zoom, on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 5:00 pm. To help us gauge numbers, please register in advance by emailing the TCAS Administrator, Sarah van Nostrand, at sarah@arbitrateintoronto.com. Zoom link be sent to all registrants. If you are unable to attend, please find a link to download the proxy here and complete it(indicating whether your proxy can vote in favour of or against the two resolutions) and return it by email to the TCAS Administrator, Sarah van Nostrand, at sarah@arbitrateintoronto.com.   Agenda Election of directors (Alison FitzGerald and Junior Sirivar to be acclaimed for 2025-27) Waiver of audit or review engagement requirement for 2025 (compilation engagement will be prepared).
