TCAS MEMBERS PUBLISH A CHAPTER ON “COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION IN CANADA” IN PRACTICAL LAW

On March 6th, Thomson Reuters’ Practical Law published a Chapter on “Commercial Arbitration in Canada”. The Chapter was co-authored by TCAS Co-Executive Chair Ted Frankel and TCAS Member W. Michael G. Osborne.
