This panel will discuss the role of allyship in fostering a diverse and inclusive culture within the arbitration community. We will tackle questions such as: what is allyship? what does it offer the arbitration community? how does one become an “ally”?

This panel will discuss climate change disputes and arbitration. In particular, we will consider what role arbitration can serve, and is likely to serve, in these disputes, and whether Canada is positioned to be a destination arbitral seat for these disputes.

Is there a fair use and a real utility of Artificial Intelligence in justice? Valentin Callipel, Head of Mission of the Cyberjustice Laboratory in Montreal will present on the work of the Cyberjustice Lab research team, focusing on AI and Justice.
