Counsel for power companies in several complex high-value arbitrations involving Alberta’s legislated Power Purchase Arrangements. Counsel for an Alberta electric distribution company in several arbitrations involving contractual disputes with Rural Electrification Associations related to the terms under which electric distribution service can be provided to rural customers. Counsel for energy companies in arbitrations to reset the price for commodities sold by the companies.
