Robin Dodokin
About Me
Robin has over 30 years of experience as litigation counsel with expertise in commercial litigation, business disputes and insolvency matters. Since 2021, Robin has been appointed ad hoc sole arbitration for commercial, contractual, and business disputes. She is a roster member at Arbitration Place and the Vancouver International Arbitration Centre.
Since 2011 she has been appointed to mediate disputes on a wide variety of issues including business, shareholder, failed transactions, real estate, professional negligence, family business succession and employment disputes.
Robin’s objective is to ensure the process design fits the circumstances and that the parties’ positions are heard and understood. She is a co-editor of “Arbitration & Business Cases” which summarizes important arbitration and business cases. She is also on the Board of Directors of TCAS and CIArb-Canada Branch. Prior to founding her firm Dodokin Law & Conflict Resolution she was a partner with a downtown Toronto law firm for many years.
