Michael Erdle is a mediator and arbitrator who concentrates on commercial disputes involving technology and intellectual property. He is a lawyer with more than 25 years’ experience in these fields, and more than 10 years’ experience as a mediator and arbitrator. Michael has mediated and arbitrated patent, copyright, trademark and trade secret disputes, as well as many disputes related to technology development, ownership, licensing, outsourcing and related services. Michael is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and an ADR Institute of Canada Chartered Arbitrator and Chartered Mediator.
