International Arbitration We have acted for Canadian and international clients in respect of complex disputes involving multiple jurisdictions, where the contractual dispute resolution mechanism stipulates international arbitration. As counsel, we are experienced with the relevant international institutional regimes, including those of bodies such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).
