Brian practices as an independent arbitrator at Bay Street Chambers in Toronto. He holds bachelor’s degrees in Engineering and Law and has an LL.M. in International Business Law. Brian is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto and author of  Arbitration Law of Canada: Practice and Procedure.
