  • Numerous community oriented problems, commercial and construction disputes, disagreements between and with professionals, personal injury, bank claims and school-based circumstances involving parents, children, administration or teachers
  • Roster Arbitrator – TARION Builder Arbitration Forum since the commencement of its program and regularly named to adjudicate claims between TARION and builders
  • Retained to deal with construction problems throughout the Province, as well as in PEI & Nova Scotia
  • Design of Alternate Dispute Resolution Program – Law Society of Upper Canada
  • To maintain a healthy rounded perspective and be as effective as possible I choose to remain an active litigator, arbitrator and mediator
  • Since 1980 – litigation counsel to numerous developers, owners, builders and purchasers in respect of construction related contractual and negligence matters from subdivision work through construction related problems and post-closing deficiency claims
  • Since 2000 – while to maintaining an ongoing construction litigation practice,  involved with real time on-site arbitrations intended to deal with problems and keep projects moving. Also a CCDC project mediator
